Job Purpose
As the Learning & Competency System Analyst you will support the Competency System and Learning Management System advisor in report building, system maintenance and updates. To regularly compile, review and process course enrolment data, and competency data for global functions, working directly with employees to resolve ELM and WCAP system technical issues. Conduct system audits and reports to ensure compliance with the requirements. Work on special projects as needed and perform miscellaneous duties as required by management.

OPERATIONS
- Create training materials for the WCAP and ELM systems.
- Facilitate WCAP and ELM system demos as requested.
COMMUNICATION
- Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
- Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to their reports
- Confer with ELM System Lead and WCAP advisor

Qualifications
Experience & Education
REQUIRED
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Employee Learning Management system (ELM)
PREFERRED
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience with Kahuna Workforce Solutions (Competency System)
- Knowledge of the oilfield services industry
- Experience with Powerbase
