AYANA Hospitality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development (Training) Officer to join our team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta. As the Training Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and delivery of training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs based on identified organizational needs
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and resources needed
- Create training materials and resources, including handouts, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Facilitate training sessions, either in-person or virtually
- Conduct post-training evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve training programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, specifically in coordinating and delivering training programs
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
