What we’re looking for…

A passionate and experienced L&D Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with the Learning and Development Manager to support our commercial learning agenda.

With developed experience creating and executing successful learning strategies and programs that align with the company's requirements - you will primarily concentrate on assisting in the delivery of our internal development initiatives, particularly in the areas of People Leader Development and Talent Development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Focus on Commercial Learning and Development, supporting with learning needs as required
  • Understanding the annual learning needs of the business, aligned with business planning
  • Designing and delivering a variety of internal courses, as well as coordinating our in-house development programs
  • Developing and delivering suitable training courses and programs to meet specific learning needs. Evaluating the quality and results of completed training to assess the return on investment
  • Providing Central guidance and partnership to functional teams as needed to facilitate information sharing and collaboration
  • Coordinating the expansion and promotion of e-learning to all employees. Identifying appropriate providers and content to cover various areas such as leadership, sales, and career development
  • Collaborating with the QSE team to ensure support for mandatory QSE training by implementing engaging eLearning methods
  • Working with specific functions to develop functional competencies that will be utilised in our Talent Management processes
  • Providing support for training colleagues on our systems, such as Clear Review

What you will bring:

  • The ability to adapt learning to different audience needs, whether it's online, face to face, or self-led research
  • An understanding of the business' strategic goals in order to provide meaningful learning solutions
  • Close collaboration with the HR Team to deliver relevant learning interventions for the business
  • Proficiency in using various learning media, including coordination of e-learning initiatives
  • Prior experience with competency frameworks is desirable for this role
  • Ideally, experience of L&D in a commercial environment
  • Extensive travel to all company locations is required due to high degree of mobility
