Learning and Development Partner

Learning and Development Partner drives learning & development initiatives in Allegro Operations area.  This role involves collaborating with three main business stakeholders: HRBP, VP/area directors and People Managers to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs, which drive performance improvement and contribute to the achievement of business goals. This role collaborates as well with L&D Partner from other business functions to connect the dots and create cross functional learning programs when needed. 

We are looking for problem solvers and analytical thinkers with a data driven mindset to build effective learning paths.

We are looking for people who:

  • are experienced (3-4 years) with creating and driving a roadmap, creating development offers for business functions, working with managers, HRBPs, coordinating medium size change management projects,

  • have previous extensive experience with the LMS system,

  • use data (engagement survey results, outcomes of business needs analysis, discussion with people managers, business KPIs) to propose learning activities and programs for job family/function,

  • can coordinate program delivery by engaging appropriate stakeholders and project members,

  • find and recommend relevant suppliers for defined development activities,

  • review on a cyclical basis budget expenditure for a given business function and recommend solutions on how to improve budget spendings. Implements improvements based on feedback and evaluations received,

  • take part in Talent Management processes like Team Health Checks, Talent Reviews to support HRBP with recommendations on learning programs for teams and leaders, 

  • foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HRBP, department heads to ensure alignment and support for learning initiatives. Take part in business function statutes to explain L&D offers to employees,

  • coordinate high complexity, cross-organizational L&D projects,

  • know Polish (C1) and English (B2+).

In addition, experience with the following would be a plus:

  • intermediate level knowledge and skills in project management, change management, design thinking, UX focus,

  • knowledge of the Operations business area.
