Could you be Incommunities new Learning and Development Lead? We are looking for a people focused individual with extensive experience in facilitation and training to deliver L&D interventions. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business, to identify learning needs and deliver a blended model of learning.

Responsibilities
- Effectively engage and train a diverse range of audiences through to members of the senior leadership team.
- Manage, support and develop the Apprentice and Skills Officer to oversee and grow the apprenticeship programmes, ensuring optimal utilisation of the apprentice levy spend and succession planning strategies.
- Facilitate a blended model of learning delivery including face-to-face, virtual training and learning sessions, as well as self-directed learning.
- Research, recommend, design, and deliver interventions that has a measurable impact on capability, performance and team environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, providing recommendations that achieve the desired learning outcomes and have a measurable impact.
- Apply knowledge of learning theories including the 70-20-10 model and experiential learning to build comprehensive learning experiences, promote behavioural change and embed learning into the organisation.
- Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions.
- Build coaching and mentoring relationships with leaders and teams, to support learning and development.
- Manage the corporate training budget in collaboration with the Learning and Leadership Product Manager to ensure effective allocation of resources and to inform annual budget setting.
- Play a role in the wider People Experience team, supporting on other projects and deliveries as required.

- Have excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Have a recognised L&D qualification
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Have excellent stakeholder engagement and partnering skills.
- Have strong ICT skills, proficient in the full Microsoft suite.
- Can analyse data to ensure your interventions and strategies have a measurable impact.
- Are a confident and capable user in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Requirements
- Experience of delivering learning and development interventions including – behavioural change, technical training and enhancing team performance.
- Experience of working at a range of levels of an organisation, from individual contributor through to director level with the ability to adapt the style accordingly, both in design and delivery.
- Experience of managing a small team, including their development and fulfilling all standard people management responsibilities.
- Experience of leading the design and delivery of face to face, virtual and self-directed learning.
- Experience of working with other stakeholders to have a measurable impact. Using your excellent communication skills to work at a range of levels from individual contributor to director.
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD) and of keeping pace with the latest thinking in the space of learning & development.
- Experience in supporting the business with setting budgets for learning and development, including managing apprenticeship levy spend.
- Experience of working within a blended learning framework and of cohort-based learning programmes
