About the Role:

  • The Manager - HR (Learning & Development) will be responsible for driving the L&D function, primarily focused, but not limited to, preparation, delivery and assessment of training and development programs for specific areas of knowledge OR on-the-job capabilities needed for certain positions or groups.
  • The incumbent will report to the AGM - HR (Strategy, Org Effectiveness, Employee Engagement, L&D & CSR) and will be responsible for consulting and collaborating with internal clients/stakeholders across the business on all levels, to support them through the development of new training solutions and deployment of existing solutions, to continually move the business and people forward.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, Deploy, and Track the impact of the Learning Solutions with end-to-end ownership of training programmes/projects
  • Work with diverse stakeholders to identify, develop and implement effective learning initiatives
  • Design and implement learning solutions that are aligned with the organisation’s objectives, through different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, online training sessions, classroom facilitation, coaching, etc.
  • Conduct post-workshop engagement activities/initiatives with participants to support implementation of learning from the workshops and track impact of the same
  • Content Development/Development of blended learning solutions for all levels of Employees
  • Design, Customise and Constantly upgrade training processes for greater effectiveness.
  • Motivate and develop the team through coaching, feedback and personal development to enhance performance delivery & upgrade the skill set of team members through training and practical demonstrations.
  • Train new hires on company processes (induction).
  • Design and Roll out the Training Calendar
  • Develop the skill set of team members through training and practical demonstrations.
  • Development & Execution of Training Programs as per Business Requirements.

Competencies (Skills essential to the role):

  • Strong Facilitation Skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office/G Suite
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong Interpersonal/Networking Skills
  • Strong on Delivering Results
  • Hands on experience and expertise in creating e-content / learning collaterals using Articulate Storyline, VYOND & Canva.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

  • Post Graduate in HR
  • Certification in L&D Design/Delivery
  • Flexible to travel
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and facilitating capability building programs, soft skills development programs, customer service training, process training, etc.
  • Experience in content development/development of blended learning solutions for all levels of employees;
  • Planning and executing small and large-scale cross-functional training programs
