We have an amazing permanent opportunity available for a committed, enthusiastic, tech-savvy Learning and Development Coordinator to join the People team at NZTE. You'll be joining a team that consists of a diverse bunch of deeply committed people who are passionate, relentlessly innovative, and who strive to deliver exceptional people experiences.
What you'll be doing: Te whakamahere
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering exceptional learning experiences to our people, to ensure that we are able to deliver on our purpose and help our people grow.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Learning Programme Coordination – oversee and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of our range of learning programmes.
- Workflow Management – manage the learning and organisational development workflow pipeline to ensure effective organisational learning.
- Support and Facilitation - coordinate and facilitate the delivery of learning workshops and initiatives, ensuring accurate and up-to-date learning data. Manage the learning inbox, triaging enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Continuous Improvement – create and maintain a centralized approach to the way we measure the impact of our learning programmes to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
What you'll need to be successful: Ō Pūkenga
You’ll be experienced in either HR or Learning & Development coordination and have a passion for being in a people-focused position. You’ll also be:
- Organised and Flexible – are able to juggle multiple priorities/learning programmes to effectively manage deadlines, while remaining adaptable to change. Experience in project coordination would be advantageous.
- Customer/People Focused – proactively puts the customer/people at the heart of everything and are comfortable being an engaging facilitator and communicator to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Innovative and Enjoy Problem Solving -thinks outside the box to enhance learning experiences and can think holistically to get to the root cause of issues and identify effective solutions.
- Digitally Savvy – have strong MS Office skills and have experience in leveraging digital platforms and new technologies to improve experiences and processes.
