Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution?

We're looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to administer the global distribution of courses through our Learning Management System (LMS). This role will work with diverse cross-functional stakeholders to track eLearning impact, execute department reports, document team processes, and support team communications.

This position reports directly to the Lead, Instructional Design based in North America and will partner closely with other Learning and Development (L&D) team members.

  • A Technical Mindset: You enjoy learning new systems, testing new feature functionality, and finding solutions to technical problems.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple requests, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly and concisely with internal stakeholders and learners at all levels of seniority.
  • Superior Attention to Detail: You are highly detail-oriented and able to apply best practices to ensure all course and user records are correct.
  • Basic Proficiency in Graphic Design: You understand and have an appreciation for design principles including graphics and layouts.

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:

  • Manage our LMS (Docebo), maintaining user records, curriculum assignments, and course uploads.
  • Partner with People, Marketing, and L&D team members to execute scheduling and communications for training events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal email inbox, responding to learner questions and routing training requests.
  • Maintain the L&D Confluence page, reflecting our latest learning products.
  • Draft internal communications for distribution via email or Slack announcing key training initiatives or programs.
  • Design marketing material using various programs including Microsoft and Canva.

Here's What You Need:

  • A talent for learning new software quickly and demonstrated proficiency working with online systems.
  • Capability in addressing and resolving technical obstacles and troubleshooting issues effectively.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills; able to work on and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • A passion for corporate Learning & Development and a willingness to stay current on the latest trends for the distribution of eLearning and LMS content management.
  • Proficiency in multiple software programs including Microsoft Office programs; creative software like Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Comfort working with system data to create basic reports and analyze metrics is preferred.
  • Experience working in a corporate training environment or learning management systems is preferred.
