You will be a member of the Workday Services Team providing post go-live support and enhancement of the Workday solution that replaces some of our core technology and influences our ways of working for many of our WPP colleagues.
Reporting to the HCM Product Manager, the purpose of the role is to plan, co-ordinate and manage a team, located across multiple sites, who provide technical Workday HCM support to agreed SLA’s. You will provide line management, technical guidance and support to the team ensuring delivery of high-quality advice and support across Workday HCM. This will include managing the ticket queue ensuring equitable distribution and learning opportunities, stakeholder management and ad hoc projects as are needed from time to time.
You will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues raised by the business and may create and maintain organizations & structures, configuration across Core HR, Absence, Compensation and Organisations. You will actively participate in the Workday Community keeping a watching brief on forthcoming enhancements.
This is an exciting and varied role working with the wider Workday Services team to ensure the team provides a world class level of Workday support and development on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with the WPP Programme Team and People Teams to understand, improve and deliver an efficient and effective solution.
