The role:
As the Lead Veterinarian, you'll play a pivotal role in the hospital's success:
· Manage primary clinical cases, encompassing both medical and surgical cases
· Provide guidance and training to our primary care Veterinarian team
· Skillfully handle client complaints and address financial and clinical concerns
· Act as the line manager for our GP veterinarians, facilitating their growth
· Contribute to performance appraisals of GP veterinarians
· Assist in training nursing and animal attendants when needed
· Contribute to the development and execution of our marketing plan
· Play a vital role in the hospital's leadership team

About You: Essential Qualifications:
· Bachelor or Doctor of Veterinary Science (or higher)
· Registration with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board as a Veterinary Surgeon
