  • You will lead the daily operations of the clinic and as part of the leadership team will be actively involved in decision making and planning for the business.
  • You will be exposed to a diverse caseload with clients willing and able to work cases up.
  • We offer AVA Memberships, Practice CVE and VIN Memberships with a generous CPD allowance annually.
  • We are family friendly and promote diversity in our teams.
  • We provide access to specific leadership training.
  • We hold regular clinic meetings as well as vet team meetings, giving you the opportunity to present new ideas, products, or standards of care.
  • Minimal Sunday or Public Holiday work is required.
  • We have great clients, a supportive and welcoming team culture and work socially friendly hours. Work-life balance is a must!

About you

  • You have at least five years’ experience and a thirst to continue learning and developing.
  • You possess the confidence and skill set to provide training to associates within your team.
  • You have a supportive disposition and willingness to guide, encourage and mentor fellow team members.
  • You like sharing your skills and knowledge and get joy from helping your colleagues develop professionally.
  • You enjoy the intricacies and inner workings of Veterinary Practice, including planning & development.
  • You have the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You enjoy building rapport with clients and aim to foster ongoing community relationships.
  • You are an advocate for high quality care and love to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • You have a passion for positive workplace culture.
  • As a leader, you aim to inspire the team via action and role modeling.

Remuneration is above award and commensurate with experience.
