The Atlas Core Engineering team is a cross-functional team focused on both platform services and product development. The team is primarily based in NYC with members and cross-team partners from Seattle to Dublin. This team owns the foundational platform capabilities of MongoDB Cloud Service products that includes critical backend services, identity and access management, billing, payment integrations, auditing, customer alerting, and experimentation. Our services and platform ensure feature teams can build together a secure, modern, consumption-based SaaS that is delightful to customers.
As the Lead TPM of Atlas Core Engineering, you will be responsible for leading strategic technology programs and initiatives for the services and platform all MongoDB Cloud engineering teams rely on. In addition, you will manage a team of TPMs who are responsible for wrangling time, communication, scope and effort across several major verticals: projects, engineering operations, cross team dependencies, and releases. Together, as collective members of the wider RnD Engineering Technical Program Management team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional engineering efforts in the form of deliverables and processes. This position is based in NYC and reports up to a TPM Director.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
