Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable training
At least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of medium-sized office environments (up to 150 workstations)
Very good knowledge in the support of operating systems for servers and clients under Windows & Mac
Experience in project management for integration projects in an international English-speaking environment
Initial experience in employee management
Initial experience with IT security
Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 Cloud (Azure, Entra, Teams, Sharepoint etc)
Hands-on mentality and confident demeanor in stressful situations
