YOUR CHALLENGE

As Teamlead IT Operations, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and further development of the entire office IT environment. You decide where you want to work: at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will lead the 2-person IT team in technical and disciplinary terms
You are responsible for integration topics and projects with the parent company
You implement and optimize processes, guidelines and standards
You ensure that our office IT environment is secure and constantly improved by implementing and optimizing the latest security procedures
You represent IT Operations in audits of our pharmaceutical customers and ensure compliance with all relevant security requirements and standards
You manage the department budget and ensure that resources are used effectively
You are responsible for the purchase of IT hardware and licenses

YOUR PROFILE

Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable training
At least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of medium-sized office environments (up to 150 workstations)
Very good knowledge in the support of operating systems for servers and clients under Windows & Mac
Experience in project management for integration projects in an international English-speaking environment
Initial experience in employee management
Initial experience with IT security
Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 Cloud (Azure, Entra, Teams, Sharepoint etc)
Hands-on mentality and confident demeanor in stressful situations
High reliability and service mentality
