We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to become a key player in our R&D team and drive the evolution of our cutting-edge product. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, such as Product Managers and designers, to create and deliver features that meet user needs and drive business success.
- End-to-end development cycle of backend software components, covering research, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues throughout the stack, from design to implementation.
- Mentor and support developers to help them refine their skills and excel in their roles.
- Drive innovation and provide a clear technological strategy to guide your team towards success.
You're the ideal candidate if you have/are:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale backend development, with a strong emphasis on Node.js and Go programming, and extensive experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
- A problem-solving attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Experience with cloud platforms and building scalable microservices architectures.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and work effectively with a team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
