What you will be doing:

You will lead the Limbic Access UK team, and work with them to meet business requirements.

More specifically you will:

  • Ensure coordination of changes and technical decision-making across your team
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team and the Engineering Manager to ensure clarity on goals and business objectives that need to be achieved
  • Monitor automated code reviews of team’s deliverables and take corrective actions to achieve product reliability 
  • Contribute to our backend/frontend repositories
  • Continually improve code quality under coding standards, best practices and through automation and code reviews
  • Evaluate overall team and individual performance and participate in performance reviews 
  • Build, test and ship new (well tested) features
  • Integrate 3rd party patient management systems from mental health institutes all around the UK

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience developing Full-Stack applications with React and NodeJS
  • 2+ years of experience in a Lead engineering role
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
  • Strong experience with Typescript
  • Strong experience building and shipping production ready code
  • Mentoring a team on best engineering practices
  • Great design, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and as part of a highly skilled team
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)

Any experience in the following will be highly desirable: 

  • Knowledge in AWS services
  • Knowledge of MobX state management
