The WorkWave team is looking for skilled Software Engineers to build a team that will lead the frontend development efforts of the RouteManager product. RouteManager is the routing solution developed by WorkWave. Our teams are a mix of technologists, product managers, development engineers, and UI/UX designers, all working together to deliver our vision. You will be a part of our WorkWave team, helping to develop & support the WorkWave products.
Responsibilities
- Develop features & services to support the field service industry
- Investigate and resolve defects, and refactor code to maintain quality
- Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Maintain high-quality software through unit test automation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Proficiency in React development
- Expertise in React state management, including Redux, Redux Saga, XState, or Valtio
- Experience in utilizing Web Workers for efficient web application performance
- Familiarity with Interactive Maps libraries such as Leaflet, OpenLayers, or MapBox
- Knowledge of Agile software development processes and tools such as Jira
- Solid grasp of software engineering best practices
- Strong ability to write optimized and performant frontend code
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- In-depth understanding of JavaScript's internal mechanisms
