Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who will be responsible for leading a team of talented software and quality engineers.

Together, you will develop and maintain front and back-end technology to achieve our product goals. As the team lead, you will take ownership of your team's performance and ensure the implementation of software architectural principles, development patterns, and best practices.

In addition to managing and coaching your team members, you will work closely with product owners and UX specialists.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain back-end C# .NET Core code in a service-oriented architecture
  • Line-manage a small team of .NET back-end engineers, front-end engineers, and quality assurance engineers
  • Meet very high code quality and test coverage standards by driving a test-first mindset
  • Use and maintain modern build pipelines
  • Spearhead system designs and lead the requirements analysis and process
  • Contribute to component, workflow, and tool design
  • Ensure architecture, quality, and technology strategies are implemented
