Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of software solutions for Quality Systems (LIMS, EQMS).
- Provide technical guidance and mentor development teams.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure solutions meet regulatory and business needs.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Extensive experience with LIMS, EQMS, and Agile development.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and best practices in software quality.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
