Lead / Senior Lead Quality Assurance Engineer - Mobile Test Automation, Android/iOS (R&D, WorkWave)

The WorkWave team is looking for a skilled Mobile Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to lead a team of creative and talented individuals. Our teams are a mix of technologists, product managers, development engineers, quality engineers, and UI/UX designers, all working together to deliver our vision. You will be a part of our team, helping to develop, support, and maintain the quality of WorkWave products.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Test Automation.
• Proficiency in the Behavior Driven Development (BDD) Automation Framework.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end Test Automation using Selenium.
• Familiarity with Appium and Specflow is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with object-oriented languages, particularly C#, is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in using Test Management tools like JIRA.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong grasp of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience in Mobile Application Testing and Mobile Test Automation are preferred.
• Experience with driving Test Automation within an Agile Development Process – Test Design, Test Scripting, Test Data Creation.
