About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong focus on core product analytics. You will play a vital role in understanding and interpreting complex data related to our product's performance, user engagement, and feature utilization. Your analysis will directly influence product development, helping to enhance user experience and drive product innovation. You will be responsible for delving into various aspects of our product, from user interaction patterns to feature effectiveness, providing key insights to guide our product strategy.

Once the initial tasks are accomplished, you will have the opportunity to further extend your impact via building a team around you, who can support you in your goals and activities.

 

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with ngineering team on data engineering roadmap
  • Analyze and interpret data related to core product metrics, user behavior, and feature usage.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform product development and optimization.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for new features and track their success post-launch.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the product.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product health and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product analytics with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure rigorous data compliance and ethical handling of user data.

 

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong emphasis on product analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret large datasets and turn them into actionable insights.
  • Strong storytelling skills, enabling championing data and it’s impact across the organisation
  • Experience in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into understandable conclusions and recommendations.
  • A collaborative spirit, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in aligning product and business metrics
  • Experience in B2C2B SaaS products with product led growth strategy is a Bonus.
