Your Mission

As a Lead Security Advisor at SADA’s Google Cloud Security team, you will drive the expansion of our world-leading Google Cloud Security solutions by leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity to develop and manage high-value opportunities within your assigned region. With your robust background in cybersecurity, ideally with experience as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or a similar role, and a proven track record in security sales or presales. You should excel in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs and senior security executives, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the Google ecosystem or other major cloud platforms.

Expectations

#DrivePurposefulImpact: You are a rainmaker! You are out in front of our delivery organization, meeting with the spectrum of corporate and enterprise customers needing our consultative services. You excel at understanding their technical needs and derive satisfaction from assisting them in resolving real-world challenges with Google Cloud Security.

You will be expected to establish and maintain productive relationships with key client and partner personnel, stay current on industry trends, and report regularly on sales activities and fore.

Required Travel - Please expect about 25% travel to client sites, conferences, and other related events. 

Client Facing - You will interact with clients on a regular basis, often daily, other times weekly/bi-weekly. Common touch points occur when qualifying potential opportunities, throughout the sales motions, and periodically through the lifecycle of a client account. You can expect to interact with a range of client stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives.

Onboarding/Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials/assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant individuals. Details of the timeline are shared closer to the start date. 

Preferred Credentials

 Experience as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or in a similar high-level security role, alongside a background in sales or presales within the security sector.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in security sales or technical presales
  • Previous experience as a CISO or equivalent role is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business judgment
  • Knowledge of the Google ecosystem or other major cloud providers
  • 5 years of experience in information security, preferably with some pre-sales or customer-facing technical role experience.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and mitigation techniques

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior CISO experience
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Security solutions and other security ecosystem partners
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
