Relativity is looking for a Lead Salesforce Technical Analyst to join the Business Systems and Applications team. The Lead Salesforce Technical Analyst works under the minimal direction of the Application Manager and receives guidance from senior team members.  
  
As a Lead Salesforce Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring our stakeholders' requirements are translated into actionable technical requirements. The Lead Salesforce Technical Analyst works with the discipline team to determine how best we can continue to scale our Salesforce instance and improve the overall customer experience.  
  
The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, comfortable getting to why, challenges existing processes and procedures, detail oriented, and thrives on being collaborative. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Business Applications and can be remote-based.

Your Role in Action:

  • Actively participates in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, and implementation of various projects. 
  • Developing a deep understanding of business processes and how Salesforce enables our stakeholders internally and externally across the organization. 
  • Effectively apply critical thinking to understand and solve problems, make well thought-out decisions that quickly and positively create results. 
  • Analyzes the impact of proposed solutions across the organization and identifies barriers to change. Develops use cases to demonstrate business requirements to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Proposes solutions that demonstrate empathy for users' needs when making decisions across the organization. 
  • Develops user stories, use cases, and functional specifications as required. 
  • Works with business relationship managers (BRM) and discipline leads to set roadmap priorities and deliver on them to enhance the stakeholder experience and deliver enduring solutions. 
  • Establishes and cultivates relationships and open lines of communication with stakeholders. 
  • Thoroughly documents of work for reference, troubleshooting, and future iteration. This includes but is not limited to technical documentation and process diagrams. 

Your Skills:

  • At least three years working with the Salesforce platform as a business analyst, system administrator, or super user. 
  • At least two years supporting an organization larger than 250 employees in a business analysis or consultative capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform’s core features including Sales, Service, and Flow. 
  • Experience in closely partnering with business stakeholders to learn business processes, propose changes as per industry standards and best practices, identify solutions to enable, simplify, transform & innovate the systems and process flows. 
  • Experience documenting and presenting visualizations that describe complex processes appropriately for the intended audience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and technical requirements into business specifications for stakeholders. 
  • Detail-oriented, curious, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment. 
  • Experience working in an Agile environment. 
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification highly desirable

Compensation

  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $108,000 and $152,000.
  • The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
