- Oversee the full cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Develop, implement, and refine recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels.
- Lead a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure recruitment goals are met.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic consultation on talent acquisition.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and analytics to track hiring metrics and provide insights into the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Foster relationships with external partners, job boards, and community organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and assessing candidates
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience with ATS
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a recruitment team
- Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
