Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.

Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and workflows to ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges, identify innovative solutions, and guide the team in implementing them effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.

Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.

Technical Strategy: Contribute to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and project planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (hooks, context API, etc.).
- Strong experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, and routing.
- Solid understanding of TypeScript and its application in large-scale projects.
- Advanced skills in HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design, animations, and modern frameworks like TailwindCSS or Sass.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and modern tools like React Query.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and pipelines (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel).

- Exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to solve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications at all stages of development.
