Role: Lead Quality Engineer.
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)

Job Description:
·       Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
·       Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.
·       Identify, document, and track defects using [specify tools, e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla].
·       Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
·       Automate testing processes where applicable.
·       Perform exploratory testing and usability testing.
·       Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
·       Provide regular reports on testing progress and results.
·       Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing tools.

Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
·       Proven experience as a software tester or in a similar role.
·       Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
·       Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) is a plus.
·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·       Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
·       Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
