Role: Lead Quality Assurance Analyst
· Responsible to define and execute the QA strategy, rules and policies
· Responsible to analyse product components to determine valid and effective testing strategies.
· Responsible to develop QA plans, process control and procedures to ensure product/solution meet the specified quality and standards.
· Define QA process and standards in order to better achieve the objectives / goals
· Ensure the processes/standards are followed and make corrective and preventive actions when needed.
· Develop testing methodology and guide QA analyst in preparing test plans, design detailed test cases/scripts based on business requirements captured in functional design documents and validating test results
· Coordinate and communicate testing timelines and deliverables to project teams.
· Partners with cross-functional leads for Functional User Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
· Communicate on testing progress, results and risks to project stakeholders
· Partnership with IT, BSI business leads in working through issues/defects and resolution, follow defect management process.
· Provide Quality Reporting and Audit for QA Manager to support Management reporting and awareness on IT activities.
· Identify and communicate on Quality risks
· Document quality procedures and work instructions
· Proactively communicate with Global ATLAS and regional / affiliate counterparts and support BSI team to speed the project progress
· Conduct trainings to business team on best practices, aim to make business responsible for managing their own quality standards.
