The MongoDB Global Communications team is looking for a public relations professional with experience managing global proactive PR programs for leading software businesses in the technology market, including PR planning, strategy, and execution.This role is pivotal in positioning MongoDB as the premier platform for developers and a leader in building modern AI applications.The right candidate has a successful track record leading a nimble in-house team and working with PR agencies to deliver high-impact results that generate awareness for the business, including placing thought leadership and innovative technology stories with top online, print, and broadcast media. This person will have a strong background in tech PR, exceptional communication and writing skills, and a deep understanding of the developer and AI landscapes.
The Public Relations Lead will report to the Senior Director of Global Communications and requires close collaboration with multiple teams internally including Social Media, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Analyst Relations, APAC Communications, EMEA Communications, and Industry Solutions teams to deliver a measurable impact to the business, drive customer adoption of MongoDB products, and exceed corporate global awareness objectives.
This role can be based out of our Seattle, San Francisco or New York offices with hybrid and remote options available. Occasional travel will be required.

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
