What you’ll do
As a Product Marketing Manager, you are the CEO of your product: you define the strategies to maximize growth, retention, satisfaction, usage and follow their implementation. You are also the voice of our +350,000 Healthcare practitioners & 90 million patients users. You will work with various teams at Doctolib on a day-to-day basis: Product, Management, Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Ops, Data… As part of a global team, you will have an international scope.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive Product Satisfaction through usage boost on existing key features & launch of new ones.
- Take the lead and handle PMO on key projects related to the Product Marketing of our products.
- Understand clearly who our users are and how they are using our product, developing sharp customer insights and maximizing both usage and satisfaction
Some of the key topics you will be working on:

Product & Features Storytelling and Positioning: product positioning, product messaging, final word on names, taglines, value propositions, storytelling & marketing content.

New Features Releases: ensure perfect roll-out & messaging for new features towards Pro users and Doctolibers, including contribution to next Cycle Releases, thanks to a strong pairing with dedicated Feature Teams & Product Managers.

Product Usage Engagement: increase feature adoption & usage to boost overall product perceived value of our users.

Product Feedbacks: gather customer feedback & feature requests to drive our Product Management towards a better product market fit.

Product Onboarding: ensure top notch onboarding processes & campaigns.

PMO on strategic projects: lead projects with multiple stakeholders from various teams.

Sales Enablement & Competition watch: provide top-notch content to support sales and strategically adapt our product presentation and roadmap prioritization thanks to competition insights & monitoring.

- You have 7+ years of experience
- You have previous experiences in PMO with multiple stakeholders, and can bring together multiple functions to get things done in a fast-moving environment.
- You are experienced in new product launches, product marketing management or go-to-market strategy.
- You have strong storytelling & copywriting skills.
- You are passionate about both our products and our users.
- You are fluent in English. French or German is a must.

- You have previous experience on product adoption through change management.

- Case study (60’ with 2 Team Managers)
- Final interview with the Senior Director of Product Operations
