Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager who thrives in shaping the direction of product strategy. This role is perfect for someone who can think strategically, balance user needs with technology capabilities, and inspire a talented Product & Engineering team to reach new heights.

Your role? 

See the future: Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and market trends. You will embrace a wide array of opportunities and challenges in 2 main product domains:

- Our well-established operations platform - example of a recent initiative: full revamp of our end-to-end supply chain process
- And our recently launched IoT-enabled offer, Maximize - example of a recent feature: IoT-based detection of breakdowns, with a triage system in the engineer app

Make it happen: Collaborate with stakeholders across UK, France, Singapore and Hong Kong, to gather insights and prioritise initiatives. Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product features under the Shape Up methodology.
Champion the voice of the user: conduct user research with customers, field engineers or any user of our products to gather feedback and inform product decisions.

Stay informed: Analyse performance metrics and user data to drive continuous improvement and iterate on product enhancements. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging smart building and IoT technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Inspire others: Lead and mentor members of the product team, fostering a culture of care, collaboration, creativity, and excellence

You are the right person for us if:

Product Vision & delivery:

- You have a proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives from concept to launch, with at least five years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- You can define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
- You have a strategic mindset and can translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps
- You excel in navigating uncertainty and demonstrate agility in swiftly adjusting to evolving priorities and business demands.
- You have strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to drive informed decision-making and measure success

Communication & Stakeholders management:

- You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on progress and insights into product performance. 
- You can collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level vision into actionable plans and deliverables
- You are customer-centric, with a deep understanding of user needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- French and English spoken professionally

Collaboration & Coaching:

- You know how to empower and inspire the Product & Engineering team to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- You have experience managing and developing high-performing teams focusing on mentorship and professional growth. You lead the product roadmap planning process, prioritising initiatives based on impact and feasibility
- You drive innovation and continuous improvement, keeping pace with industry trends and customer feedback

This job is available in France, near the Paris region, or in England, near London. Remote can be flexible from a few days a week up to a full remote job.
