We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our digital advertising planning applications. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our solutions deliver value to clients in the fast-evolving digital advertising landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of digital advertising planning applications, aligning product strategy with company objectives.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Prioritization of the product roadmap, including a clear understanding of requirements, resources, execution timelines and customer impact.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams to deliver innovative ad planning and measurement solutions.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the product roadmap aligns with business goals and market demands.
- Drive product enhancements and new features that improve client satisfaction and market competitiveness.
- Mentor and manage a small team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Communicate product updates and strategies effectively to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Nielsen Planning applications.
- Ensure efficient and effective product development processes, including agile methodologies and best practices.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in technical product management
- Deep technical experience and knowledge of the advertising stack and direct developing experience building digital, cross-platform planning and measurement, DSP, SSP or ad server products.
- Experience with building TV planners, cross-media planners or measurement solutions.
- Experience working with cross-channel measurement and planning systems across TV, CTV/OTT, and digital platforms.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Proven experience in driving product development, with a focus on customer needs and market trends.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad measurement, programmatic buying, and planning tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
