The Role:
We are looking for a Senior or Lead Product Manager to help develop, lead and own the product roadmap and strategy for our Life Sciences vertical. In this role you will report directly into our VP of Product Management. You’ll leverage your deep product management expertise and knowledge to drive innovation while helping meet and exceed the news of our Life Science customers.
Location: Please note that while this role is 100% remote, you must be based in the US or Canada to be considered for this position. Travel to customers or to Boston(where our HQ is) could vary anywhere between 10-15%.
What You’ll Do:

Product Vision & Strategy: Help define the product vision and strategy specifically for the Life Sciences vertical that is aligned with the overall business goals

Roadmap Development: Create and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short term goals with long term initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of features and updates

Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation or differentiation

Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design and medical teams to ensure alignment and execution of overall roadmap

Customer Feedback and Insights: Work with Sales and marketing to gather client feedback, understand the voice of the customer and take feedback into consideration with regards to new feature updates, enhancements, etc. Collaborate with pilot customers to test new products, integrations and workflows.

Delivery and Execution: Produce deliverables that tell concise business stories that are backed by data and customer-centric arguments

Metrics & Data Driven: help establish metrics to measure product performance and business impact. Help developer and maintain a set of KPI's aligned with company goals and product strategy.
About You:
- BS degree in a related field
- 7+ years of relevant software product management experience, with 2+ of those coming in a Senior or Lead type capacity
- Proven track record and experience of leading and shipping end to end products throughout their life cycle
- Possesses a strong sense of business understanding and acumen when prioritizing the product roadmap, desired deliverables and impact the product may have on our customers. Previous accountability for a line of business’ outcome an asset.
- Experience working in the tech industry, with some of that experience coming at an early stage start-up or high growth company
- Experience and understanding of the Life Science & or Medical Device industry. This could be experience working within the pharma space or partnering with customers across the Life Sciences space
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to partner cross functionally and to influence key stakeholders(internal & external) on product decisions, rationale, etc
- Willingness and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment and pivot as needed based on marketing changes
- Deep understanding of product development practices within an agile environment

- The base salary budgeted for this position is in the $160,000-180,000 range per year. This position will include an annual discretionary target bonus(based on performance) as well as equity. The final offer determined for the candidate who is hired for this position will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidates relevant skills, professional experience and labor market conditions.
