Product Management at Coda
Our Product folks are individuals with a strong analytical focus and a data-driven approach. Their role involves taking charge of product development from start to finish, with emphasis on analysis and experimentation to deliver the best possible product for our users. This involves driving the product strategy and working closely with senior leadership across various departments to design, build, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
You will need to have a hands-on mentality and a growth mindset, spend considerable time with your scrum teams, and be enthusiastic about developing engineered processes and technologies to build solutions which drive organizational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Leading the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements
- Collaborating with engineering, design, business stakeholders to define a product roadmap
- Define success metrics and measure the impact of features you build
- Maintain a prioritised product backlog based on qualitative and quantitative data on user feedback and experimentation
- Creating feedback loops to understand user pain points and representing them sufficiently to the team
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in digital product management, working with dominant globally established product lines with audience, reach, and revenue in the millions.
- 3+ years of experience in working on databases, schema design, analytics, BI, or data-oriented services products
- Excellent in data analysis, comfortable with large datasets and statistical modeling
- Experience working closely with enterprise customers, understanding their pain points and addressing their needs
- Collaborate effectively across design, product, business and engineering teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to present complex systems to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter and driven to thrive in a fast-paced environment
