As Marqeta’s Lead Product Manager for Business Technology, you will own the vision, strategy and execution of our GTM systems roadmap and serve as a technology partner for our stakeholders leveraging our CRM tech stack which includes Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Marketing, Contract Lifecycle Management and other internal products.
You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders including revenue operations, deal desk, customer success, marketing, legal, finance and engineering teams. You will curate a systems roadmap that accelerates sales processes, automates processes for internal users, elevates user productivity and leverages AI features from the various SaaS platforms.
As a senior member of the team, you should be comfortable evaluating and recommending out-of-the box and custom solutions inside and outside the Salesforce platform. Data integrity and data governance are also critical responsibilities. Collaboration with data teams is a key responsibility to help ensure data definitions and data relationships are maintained across the CRM tech stack. You balance KTLO, compliance, new products and cross-team initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to understand and clearly articulate the business problem, translate technical information into layman’s terms, explain different design options and work with our engineers to deploy the correct solution using best practices and solid engineering fundamentals in an Agile framework.
