We are looking to hire a Lead Product Designer (Growth) to work on our acquisition journey —website and landing pages, medical questionnaire and checkout— and focus on educating and informing customers about our healthcare treatments and services. As part of your role you will be collaborating closely with product managers, commercial managers and clinicians in order to understand customer needs, ideate on solutions and design landing pages and flows that help people understand what treatments are right for them.
You will have a great amount of ownership in the areas you are working on, and will be reporting to the Head of Product Design (UK), as well as indirectly to the Product & Marketing Teams in Brazil.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the complete product design process from discovery to delivery, with a focus on putting the customer first for brazilian projects.
Create intuitive landing pages that clearly communicate our healthcare offerings.
Improve our entire acquisition journey including our medical questionnaire and checkout, with a focus on clarity and business growth.
Validate hypotheses, ideas and solutions using prototyping, user testing and A/B tests.
Identify key metrics for the projects you are involved in and take ownership for achieving and evaluating their success.
Understand our customers’ needs and aspirations based on quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, clinicians and engineers in a cross-functional manner in order to identify problems, ideate on solutions and see through to their implementation end-to-end.
Mentor other designers in both their craft and career progression.
Help build a design system that allows for consistent brand experiences across all platforms and devices and maintain it as we keep evolving.
