First Circle is one of the fastest growing fintechs in South-East Asia, providing financial services to under-served SMEs. We have already transformed access to credit for thousands of small businesses in the Philippines, and we are now building a full-stack Neobank that will include multi-currency bank accounts, payments, FX, corporate credit cards, payroll.
We have just raised Series B, led by the IFC (the World Bank's investment arm), and we are hiring a Lead Product Designer with creative vision, product intuition, customer-centricity, a strong sense of aesthetic, and extremely high personal standards to deliver exceptional UX.
When we say exceptional UX, we mean it. Small business owners in the Philippines have suffered using poorly designed products for too long. We're changing that. We’re not interested in bland and boring, we want to make the best and most intuitive, customer centric banking experience for our customers, something that feels world class at every step.
You will play a pivotal role in designing user-centered products that enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring that our solutions are not only functional but also aesthetically beautiful and seamless.
You will be an advocate for our users, ensuring their needs and preferences are at the forefront of our design process. Designing for businesses is even more challenging than individual consumers, as you'll have to navigate the perspective of multiple different user types. This role isn't for people who like an easy ride!
