In this role, you will
- Discover data patterns and dependencies to drive strategic insights
- Provide analytical support to both our product and marketing teams
- Generate and validate product hypotheses
- Craft comprehensive reports and analyze essential product metrics (LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, a-ha moment, etc.).
- Conduct research and draw conclusions from A/B tests, offering actionable insights
- Automate reporting processes and develop dashboards for various stakeholders
- Monitor key metrics operationally and identify causes of deviations
It’s all about you
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
- 1+ year of experience leading and managing a team of analysts
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Expertise in Tableau
- Strong grasp of key product metrics and funnel building
- Knowledgeable in statistics fundamentals and experimental design
- Deep understanding of statistical and regression methods
- Extensive experience with A/B and multivariate testing techniques
- Track record of delivering analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks
- Motivated, results-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to contribute to a friendly, collaborative environment
- Dedication to continuous learning and exploring new approaches
Would be a plus
- Solid experience with Clickhouse and Google BigQuery
