About the Role

ASOS offers our fashion-loving 20-something customers a curated edit of own brands and several 3rd party brands. This helps us offer a unique portfolio of products that cater to our diverse customer base.

Join us as the Lead Product Analyst for Fashion Speed - Own Brands, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that are crucial to our success. You'll be the analytical force behind our speed initiatives, tackling some of the toughest challenges we face in the fast-paced fashion industry.

This role offers high visibility, with your insights directly shaping the success of ASOS through interactions with senior leadership. You will work across all areas of the business diving into some of the most challenging problems ASOS has to offer and crafting innovativesolutions that keep us ahead in the fashion game. What you will be doing

  • Working proactively in a small team.
  • Leverage data analytics to uncover valuable insights that guide strategic decisions for Own Brands.
  • Dive deep into customer behaviour data to understand our audience and drive improvements in our Own Brand offerings.
  • Develop key metrics and dashboards to measure success and support strategic initiatives. Promote data literacy and facilitate educational sessions across the organization.
  • Prioritising work based on business need and communicating timelines with senior stakeholders.

What you will need

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or a fast-paced company, preferably in an analytical role.
  • Experience in handling and analysing large data sets from different sources.
  • Ability to use data to create compelling stories, tailored to the audience, to communicate key messages and influence decision-making at various levels of management.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, R, Python and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • A talent for breaking complex problems into manageable pieces and enjoying working with data.
  • A natural curiosity and a drive to make an impact.

Nice to have

  • A strong background/education in a quantitative discipline.
  • Experience using MicroStrategy.
  • An interest in the fashion industry, particularly in Own Brands.
