We are looking for an experienced Lead Producer who will join a new game in Soft Launch, scaling up the team and operations while supporting the special Lean culture and Agile mindset. You will partner with other producers on feature production, managing the releases and the roadmap and work closely with the Game Lead as the operational expert.
You will have impact and fun at work by doing:
- Managing and scaling up the operations of a bigger team in iterative Lean and Agile manner, providing fast learnings through rapid release cadence and driving the success of the game forward
- Working in tandem with the senior producer and Game Lead on agreed focus areas to coordinate game feature development, releases and the roadmap
- Sparring and mentoring the team, leads and other producers with your operational experience without building unnecessary hierarchy
- Constantly helping teams to improve their ways of working, team interactions and culture
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Solid experience as a Lead Producer working on multiple F2P mobile games
- Hands on experience building and growing game teams
- Managing all phases of production from prototyping to softlaunch and LiveOps operation
- Experience on creating live game roadmaps with realistic estimations, risk management and stakeholder collaboration
- Proven track record of introducing agile methodologies and lean processes to organize the ways of working
- Passion for facilitating teams with flat hierarchy and being hands on in the trenches removing impediments and helping people shine
- Good understanding of the mobile F2P and puzzle games market
- Excellent communication skills in English
