As Lead Microsoft Power Platform within our Cloud Native App team, you will drive the governance, development, implementation and support of Power Platform solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery and innovation.
Key tasks & responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) ensuring high-quality code and best practices,
- Actively participate to the implementation and development
- Understand client requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and build strong client relationships,
- Define governance strategies, conduct maturity assessments, and formulate data protection and security policies for clients,
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts to create scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, considering licensing requirements,
- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, and optimization,
- Participate in presales, architecture, and technical supervision phases of projects,
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform developments and integrate new features,
- Provide training and support to clients and guide junior team members,
- Maintain internal relationships, contribute to internal initiatives, and demonstrate leadership
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture and design patterns in the Power Platform ecosystem
- Proven track record of successful Power Platform project delivery,
- Deep understanding of data integration, custom connectors, and common data services,
- Proficiency in governance strategies, security, and licensing topics,
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools,
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
- Experience in mentoring and team leadership,
- Knowledge of Azure, O365, and SharePoint Online,
- Proficiency in English and French (both mandatory).
