We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer (also known as Devops) who will lead the Platform Engineering team and take responsibility for improving our delivery pipelines and providing a reliable and scalable platform to our customers.
Your missions will be :
- Manage the Platform Engineering Team (5 people)
- Make lead decisions for guiding the team in sprints
- Work in collaboration with development teams to continuously improve their code delivery pipelines using Ansible/Jenkins (or another CI, we are thinking about changing!)
- Ensure that releases are smooth, objective is to deliver on-demand
- Monitor our platform availability and performance using Kibana/Logic Monitor/Open Telemetry
- Process support tickets, determine incident root causes and add new alerts to our monitoring platform
- Improve our monitoring stack, adding new alerts and metrics to our monitoring Platform
- Work on the migration to public cloud using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Help the development teams move the platform from Windows/.NET/.NET Core to Linux/.NET Core/NodeJS, from Monolithic to Microservices
- Explore new technologies, imagine how we could leverage them and be aware of critical security issues.
Follow transversal projects and assist to improve the overall delivery including release management process.
