Role Overview:

As the Lead, Partner Marketing, you are responsible for shaping and executing Housecall Pro’s partner marketing strategy. You work to expand our partner ecosystem by establishing and managing relationships with industry associations, influencers, content creators, and technology partners. Your efforts drive scalable top-of-funnel awareness, brand growth, and lead generation. Success in this role will require strategic relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on data-driven decision-making.

What you do each day: 

  • Build and diversify partnerships with industry associations, content creators, and strategic technology partners to boost brand visibility and growth
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors to generate brand advocacy and expand reach
  • Develop and execute partner-driven campaigns, such as co-branded content, webinars, blogs, and podcasts, ensuring alignment across marketing channels
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline partner outreach, onboarding, and reporting for scalable and efficient collaboration
  • Amplify partner-generated content (e.g., testimonials, case studies) across company platforms to drive engagement
  • Oversee relationships with review sites, aggregators, and sub-affiliate networks, ensuring compliance with legal and business objectives
  • Create unique promotional strategies, such as promo codes and partner-led campaigns, to drive engagement and conversions
  • Align with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to integrate partner-driven leads into the sales funnel and optimize campaign performance
  • Lead partner education initiatives through webinars, training, and resources to maximize partner impact and alignment with business goals
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, improve partner collaboration, and report actionable insights

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of cross-functional leadership experience, collaborating closely with marketing, business development, and analytics teams to drive performance
  • Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships, influencers, and affiliate networks

What will help you succeed: 

  • Expertise in managing sub-affiliate networks and contractual partners, with a focus on scalability and compliance
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data-driven insights to optimize performance and measure campaign effectivenessExperience with influencer marketing, including building and maintaining high-value relationships that drive measurable results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex partner relationships
  • Familiarity with SaaS, home services, or related industries is a plus

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $72,000-$90,000 + Equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
