Are you an experienced, team-oriented Lead or Senior Veterinarian looking for a fulfilling role in a supportive and professional environment? Join our wonderful Small Animal Vet team at OurVets St Albans & Parklands in Christchurch, New Zealand.
At OurVets, you'll be part of a close-knit team supported by an experienced and caring Practice Manager. Your role will encompass a balanced mix of General Practice Small Animal clinical work - consults and surgery, mentorship and clinical leadership responsibilities, collaborating with our Practice Manager.

About Our Clinic:

  • Dynamic Clinic: Combined team of 6 vets (including you) with a strong Vet:Nurse ratio.

  • Equipped with in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, quality ultrasound, and emergency and critical care equipment for managing complex clinical cases.

Looking for You:
  • We seek an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Lead Small Animal Vet to join our team:
  • BVSc qualified (or equivalent) and registered, or eligible to practice in New Zealand.
  • 5+ years of experience, with a preference for previous leadership experience. However, we're open to a Senior Vet stepping into a leadership role, providing leadership training and support.
