We are proud to be building a new AI research team in Pune to explore the many ways AI will enhance how games are made, run, supported, and played. If you are an explorer who needs to know what’s over the horizon we want to hear from you.
· Research and evaluate the latest AI technologies in gaming.
· Rapidly prototype solutions in the deep learning and generative AI space.
· Work with open-source LLMs for training, fine-tuning, inference, and evaluation.
· Experiment with multimodal models for problem statements in text, image, and video.
· Foster an environment of creativity and experimentation where we learn as much from experiments that fail as we do from those that sucseed.
· Mentor team members and contribute to the development of the organization.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
· 5+ years of working experience in at least one of the advanced machine learning areas including computer graphics, reinforcement learning, recommendation system, and natural language processing.
· Proficiency in the Python programming language.
· Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
· Experience with new LLM Engineering tools like LangChain, Vector DBs, etc.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
· Passion for gaming and AI.
