What is the role about?

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Leader for Last Mile Logistics to oversee and manage the final stages of our e-commerce supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid logistics background, strong leadership abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. This role involves supervising a team of logistics associates, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring smooth operations in the last mile of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Supervision:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of drivers, couriers, and logistics associates.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a culture of high performance, teamwork, and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and delivery protocols.

1. Last Mile Delivery Operations:

• Oversee daily last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely, condition-perfect delivery.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to maintain smooth operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Track KPIs related to delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:

• 4+ years in logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within last-mile delivery or e-commerce logistics.
• Proven experience in managing delivery teams and optimizing logistics operations.

• Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in logistics management software and strong analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and logistics compliance standards.
