About the Customer

The client facilitates the equitable exchange of critical investment insights by improving efficiency, collaboration, and security across the complete information lifecycle. The ecosystem is designed to meet users' bespoke needs, from compliance tracking to interactive publishing, by removing friction from the publication, dissemination, consumption, and application of investment research content.
About the Project
The client seeks to automate its manual entitlement management process for Buy-Side clients, which is currently inefficient and lacks auditing capabilities. The goal is a cloud-based Web app on AWS with automated workflows, role-based access controls, CRM integration, and a centralized user ID database.

Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Strong JavaScript background
- Competency in React
- Proficiency in Git
- Intense engineering process and hygiene skills (e.g., source control, coding standards, code reviews)
English level
Intermediate+
Responsibilities
- Code, test, and operate React-based services
- Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix bugs before they become a problem
- Take over maintenance and extend existing services
- Optimize use cases and error handling/test completeness
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle
- Continuously expand knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment
- Provide recommendations for ongoing improvement
- Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices
- Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new products
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
