One of our clients is looking for Lead Java Developer to Support their team.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a mentor and technical leader for a development team through the design, development and implementation of software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues while advocating for best practices in software development.
- Communicate status of project initiatives and bug-fixes/improvements to management
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the application of agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies within the Java ecosystem and financial services industry to incorporate into the technology roadmap.
- Take ownership of end-to-end system architecture and lead projects to successful delivery with a hands-on approach to coding and debugging when necessary.
- Ensure the creation of comprehensive documentation for software solutions, contributing to the knowledge base of the organization.
Requirements:
- Senior developer with extensive experience designing, coding, and deploying high traffic and high resilient enterprise level applications using web API, queues and databases.
- Developing an enterprise application in a high availability clustered environment; developing against a Full EE container (Jboss, Weblogic, GlassFish, or WebSphere).
- Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).
- Developing with SOAP and REST webservice; developing on-demand efficient batch jobs (executable Jars, PL/SQL, or shell scripts).
- Utilizing Java EE, including Container-Managed Resources, Datasources, SOAP/RESTful Web Services, EJBs, MDBs and JMS.
- Experience in Working with Flux workflow engine and its corresponding Flux console.
- AGILE development.
