We are looking for a GTM Recruiting Lead

Compensation: $153,000 - $179,000 salary + target bonus, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

As the Lead Business Recruiter for GTM, you will spearhead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for a variety of roles within digital marketing and business sectors at our New York City office. This position requires a proactive approach, with a focus on building strong stakeholder relationships, driving operational excellence, and delivering a stellar candidate experience

About the role:

  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for GTM roles, from role definition to closure, ensuring operational excellence and a bias for action.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships within the GTM organization, setting clear expectations and ensuring a consistent hiring process.
  • Lead the strategy for sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, ensuring a robust pipeline for multiple disciplines and locations.
  • Ensure top-notch candidate communication, providing thorough briefings on application aspects, including compensation and interview processes.
  • Drive consistent, quality hiring processes across GTM, focusing on data accuracy and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Take ownership of specific client groups, driving all hiring activities and reporting on metrics to optimize processes and track progress.
  • Partner with the People team to adhere to all recruitment and operational policies, maintaining ATS data integrity.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment, with a focus on sales, client success, and marketing hiring
  • Past experience building high performing GTM teams in a start-up environment, ideally within the adtech/martech domain
  • Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing leadership decision-making
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with executive stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and share feedback and actionable insights for continuous process improvement
  • Past experience establishing best practices and leading by example within a recruiting organization
