About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer specialized in frontend to build the best in class user experience and work on complex frontend tasks - including but not limited to
- Collaborative Note Editor (like Google Docs, Notion) based on Slate and Y.js
- Interactive Dashboards with plain D3, as well as Reactive Wrappers around it.
- Video Player enhancements with Video.js, streaming
- Performance Improvements, Caching, Bundling improvements, Github pipelines
- Chrome Extension
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a track record of delivering software with high business impact
- Experience with React.js, Redux, Javascript, HTML, CSS.
- Technically led projects which have involved multiple engineering teams.
- Capable of delivering high priority features by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and passion to build great consumer app grade UI
- Passionate about user experience
- Experience building responsive UI
- Experience translating UX mockups to Tailwind CSS
- Experience writing scalable, high-performant and clean code
- Excellent in both spoken and written communication skills
