Job Description
Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them training and support to build the business at their schools.
As the Lead Fashion & Art Director you will lead a special team of skilled artists a team that crafts trend-setting original artwork for the Fresh Prints website, seasonal lookbooks, open-ended proofs, and special high-value clients. You will be directly responsible for growing the size and influence of your team, to sell millions of dollars worth of original artwork in 2024 and the years to come.
Job Responsibilities:

Apparel & Fashion Design. Oversee the development of trendy original art/graphic concepts that will be applied to Fresh Prints’ current and upcoming product lines.

Lookbook Development. Lead Fresh Prints’ production of original art for apparel and collaborate with the Creative Team to develop seasonal lookbooks.

Lead Original Artwork Creation. Set artistic vision, strategy, and goals plus spearhead seasonal events based on site data and web content gallery.

Team Management. Oversee your team’s daily production goals and mentoring future leaders within your team.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in graphic design, graphics for production, art direction, or a related to fashion and creative field
- At least 5 years of significant management experience (direct management of output and responsible for the quality of their work) and/or leading a team of at least 5 individual contributors with diverse functions
- 3+ years of experience serving the US or European market
- Skill in data analysis (proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets) and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
- Self-motivated and excited to work on a variety of projects
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary between $900 to $1300

Details
- The role is remote, work-from-home, in the Philippines
- Work Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00PM to 7:00AM (PH, night shift) / 9:00AM to 7:00PM (US Time, EST)
